With reference to announcement bearing reference number HO/Finance/Share/108/2025-26 dated 21.07.2025, regarding the outcome of the Board Meeting, UCO Bank has informed that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the date mentioned in the subject line of the said announcement was incorrectly stated as ‘21st January 2025’ instead of ‘21st July 2025’. The company has informed to take the above correction on record and treat the announcement as having the correct date of 21st July 2025 in the subject line.
