Sarda Energy & Minerals has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st July 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 2nd August 2025 for considering the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMP and other designated employees, etc. covered under the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as implemented by the Company, till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting, upto 4th August 2025.
