NHC Foods has informed that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ('MoU') with LOTMOR brands, containing the principal terms and conditions for manufacturing of various beverage and other similar products of LOTMOR brands. Further, the details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in 'Annexure A'.
