Fortis Healthcare enters into O&M services agreement with GHIPL

Fortis Healthcare has entered into an operation and maintenance services (O&M services) agreement with Gleneagles Healthcare India (GHIPL). The agreement is for the provision of operation and maintenance services at 5 hospitals and 1 clinic of GHIPL in India (collectively, the Hospitals).
Under this agreement, the company is entitled to receive monthly service fee at the rate of 3% of the net revenue of the Hospitals, on a consolidated basis (exclusive of any additional taxes as applicable).
