GPT Infraprojects has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, to consider and approve amongst others: - 1. the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2025; 2. the declaration of first interim dividend for the FY 2025-26, if any, on the equity share capital of the company.
