Bank of Maharashtra informs about ESG rating
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Bank of Maharashtra has informed that Resurgent ESG Services has, vide its report dated 11th August, 2025, assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating to the Bank. The company has enclosed Press Release dated 11.08.2025 issued by Resurgent ESG Services in this regard and this intimation shall also be hosted on the Bank’s website www.bankofmaharashtra.in.
