Centum Electronics has informed that it enclosed the monitoring agency report issued by CRISIL, Monitoring Agency, in respect of utilization of proceeds raised through qualified institutions placement by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The aforesaid report has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board at their respective meetings held on 04th August, 2025 and 05th August, 2025.
