Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Semac Construction has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Monday, 11th August, 2025, have approved the following: Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board have considered and recommended to the members for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the appointment of Suresh Surana & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 121750W/W100010), as Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of retiring Auditors S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co., LLP Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 000756N/ N500441) for a period of 5 (Five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 48th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 53rd Annual General Meeting.
