Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mitsu Chem Plast has informed that Thursday, August 28, 2025 is fixed as the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Friday, August 29, 2025 to Thursday, September 04, 2025.
