LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed as Annexure - I; Agreement to Lease for establishing a ~130 bedded built-to-suit hospital at Dehradun, Uttarakhand - Approved to enter into an Agreement to Lease with Goyal Agrim Infra Realty LLP for setting up ~130 bedded hospital at Dehradun, Uttarakhand on a built-to-suit basis.
