VRL Logistics informs about allotment of bonus shares
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, VRL Logistics has informed that the Bonus Committee of the Board of Directors of the company on Monday, August 18, 2025 today has allotted 8,74,68,495 Bonus Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each in the ratio 1:1 i.e., 1 fully paid-up Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each for every 1 existing fully paid-up Equity Share of ₹ 10/- each held by those eligible Shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members of the Company as on Thursday, August 14, 2025, the Record Date fixed for this purpose. Accordingly, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased from ‘87,46,84,950’ to ‘174,93,69,900’. The new bonus equity shares shall rank in all respect with the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.
