Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of its earlier intimation dated July 8, 2025, Monarch Networth Capital has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 20,00,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 1 each, at a price of Rs. 2 per share, aggregating sum of Rs. 40,00,00,000. This represents 1.82% holding in Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (‘Target Company’). The Company received intimation regarding the same from the Target Company on August 18, 2025 at 07:33 pm.
