Magellanic Cloud informs about receipt of letter of acceptance
Magellanic Cloud has informed that Provigil Surveillance, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South Central Railway, valued at Rs. 2,27,34,152.55. The project pertains to replacement of video surveillance at different locations at Secunderabad Railway stations. None of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order/contract. Further, the order/contract would not fall within the purview of related party transaction.
