HDFC Bank informs about allotment of equity shares
HDFC Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted today 21,02,087 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS). The Paid-up Share Capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,67,49,37,674 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 7,67,70,39,761 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
