HEC Infra Projects bags work order worth Rs 7.15 crore

The order is to be executed within 12 months

HEC Infra Projects has received workorder worth Rs 7.15 crore from M/S Advait Energy Transitions. This project is regarding designing, installation, testing and commissioning of battery energy storage system (BESS) of 185 MW with 220 KV substation at Charal, Sanand GIDC, GETCO 400 KV substation, Gujarat. The order is to be executed within 12 months. This project of implementing a BESS offers numerous benefits, as it allows users to store energy during off-peak hours and use it during peak demand, minimizing reliance on grid and lowering electricity bills. Thus, BESS can act as a reliable backup power source during outages, improving overall grid resilience.

As power is the basic necessity for mankind and there is huge opportunity in this sector. This system will improve the quality of power and will save energy also.
