Gujarat Terce Laboratories has informed that the second term of Chhayaben Shah (DIN: 01435892), Independent Director of the Company, has expired on 20- 08-2025 upon completion of the tenure approved by the shareholders in 35th Annual General Meeting dated 21st August, 2020. Accordingly, Chhayaben Shah has ceased to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 20-08-2025, and the office stands vacated automatically in accordance with the provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance and contributions made by Chhayaben Shah during her tenure on the Board.
