Grasim Industries has informed that ESG Risk Assessments & Insights (the Rating Agency), a SEBI registered Category I - ESG Rating Provider, has independently assigned ESG rating 57 to the Company. The intimation was received over email from BSE on 20th August 2025. The Company has not engaged the Rating Agency for ESG ratings. The Rating Agency has independently prepared and voluntarily assigned the rating. The methodology adopted and information utilized is not to the Compnay’s knowledge. This communication shall be uploaded on the Company’s website www.grasim.com.
