Ramco Cements acquires 28.50% equity shares of Ramco Windfarms
The WOS belongs to the electric power generation through windmills, transmission and distribution industry
The Ramco Cements has completed the acquisition of 28.50% of equity shares of Ramco Windfarms. Consequent to the acquisition, the Ramco Windfarms has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the company with effect from August 21, 2025. The WOS belongs to the electric power generation through windmills, transmission and distribution industry.
The Ramco Cements is the flagship company of the Ramco Group, a well-known business group of South India, and engaged in manufacture of Cement, Ready Mix Concrete and Dry Mortar products.
