Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, S V Global Mill has informed that due to the resignation of D. Krishnamoorthy, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 21st August, 2025, P.S. Ravishankar, possessing the CS qualification (Mem No. A10303), will be acting as the Compliance Officer of the Company. The information required to be submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
