As a result, Tidas Agrotech has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tierra Agrotech
Tierra Agrotech has completed acquisition of 50% equity shares in the Joint Venture ‘Tidas Agrotech’ for a consideration of Rs 5.55 lakh from an existing shareholder. As a result, Tidas Agrotech has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tierra Agrotech. Object of acquisition is to improve the operational efficiency and position for future growth in the market.
The company is engaged in research, development, production, processing and commercialization of superior products in major crops like Cotton, Rice, Corn, Mustard, Tomato and Okra.
