Zodiac Energy acquires majority stake in Dhwarkesh Solar Projects LLP
Following the acquisition, the company now holds a 50% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution
Zodiac Energy has acquired a majority stake and has been admitted as a partner in Dhwarkesh Solar Projects LLP, with effect from August 22, 2025. Following the acquisition, the company now holds a 50% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution. Accordingly, Dhwarkesh Solar Projects LLP has become associate of the company. The object of the LLP is in line with the object of the company. The said acquisition would result in further expansion of the business of the company.
Zodiac Energy is engaged in the business of installation of Solar Power Generation Plant/Items.
