Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility has signed a Mutual Confidentiality And Non-Disclosure Agreement with Upgrid Solution (Battery Smart) to make EV ownership more affordable for customers, expand Battery Smart’s swapping network, and provide Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility dealers with added revenue opportunities.

This strategic partnership marks a significant step toward expanding sustainable mobility solutions, supporting the company’s vision for growth and environmental sustainability. The agreement aims to deploy battery-swapping stations at dealerships, introducing a pay-as-you-use ‘battery-as-a-service’ model that lowers upfront costs, grows Battery Smart’s network, and creates new revenue opportunities for dealers, with a phased nationwide rollout.
