Appointed Mr. Shrey Aggarwal (DIN: 08193099), as an Additional Director (Whole Time Director) of the Company, with effect from September 05, 2025. The term of his appointment of his appointment as a Whole-time Director shall be for a period of three (3) years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company and appointment of Anmol S Kumar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, having Firm Registration No. 040948N, with CA Anmol as Proprietor (Membership No. 562677), as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
