In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder and other applicable provisions, if any, Resgen has enclosed the Newspaper clipping of the Public Notice published in the Free Press Journal (English Daily) and Navshakti (Marathi Daily), on 9th September 2025 regarding the dispatch of the Notice of the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and e-voting information in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Noted that the AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, 30th September 2025.
