Further to communication dated September 09, 2025, with regard to notice of postal ballot of the Company and in compliance with Regulations 30 and 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, DIC India has enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published today i.e. September 10, 2025, in Business Standard, (English Language) and Aajkal (Regional Language), confirming dispatch of notice of postal ballot and providing other information, pursuant to the provisions of sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
