Techindia Nirman informs about updates
In continuation to earlier announcement dated 03rd September 2025 regarding the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Techindia Nirman has informed that Techindia Nirman is currently undergoing proceedings under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) pursuant to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. In view of the ongoing CIRP and the related exigencies, the scheduled date of the AGM has been deferred until further notice. The revised date of the AGM shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course, in compliance with the applicable provisions.
