Star Cement informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in continuation of earlier communication dated 26th August, 2025, Star Cement has informed that the Company has made payment of ₹10,62,847 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Sixty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Seven Only) in compliance with the order dated 26th August, 2025 issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, Shillong. The requisite details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD- PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed.
