Sheela Foam has clarified that the Company is following the compliances of Regulation 30 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has been regular in providing information to the Stock Exchanges of all events or information which have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company. The recent movement in the volume of the Company’s shares is purely due to market conditions and is market driven. They further assured that the Company shall continue to promptly inform the Stock Exchanges of all material events/information/actions, as required under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
