Jaykay Enterprises soars as its arm executes ToT Agreement with CSIO, Chandigarh

Jaykay Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- JK Digital & Advance Systems (JK Digital) has executed a Transfer of Technology (ToT) Agreement on September 09, 2025, with the Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO), Chandigarh - a CSIR laboratory, for the indigenous manufacturing of advanced 3D-printed lattice orthopedic implants using additive manufacturing technology.
ToT Agreement covers seven state-of-the-art orthopedic implant technologies, primarily for Spinal and Hip surgeries, including TLIF, PLIF, Buttress & Shim Augments, Shell & Wedge Augments, Lattice Cones, Cage Constructs, and Lattice Acetabular Cups. It enables domestic production of high-value implants, reducing reliance on imports and supporting the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative in the healthcare sector. It strengthens India’s medical device ecosystem with globally benchmarked, advanced technologies.
