Avantel informs about receipt of purchase order
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Avantel has informed that the Company has received a Purchase Order worth of Rs 9.92 Crores (Incl. Taxes) vide mail dated September 15, 2025, for Supply of Satcom Products from Garden Reach Shipbuilders. In line with the SEBI circular dated September 9, 2015, read with circular dated July 13, 2023, the relevant details pertaining to the said Purchase Order are enclosed.
