In compliance with Point No.5 of the SEBI circular, Polyspin Exports has informed that it enclosed the Newspaper clippings of the public notice, published by the company on September 16, 2025 in Business Line ‐ English ‐ All Edition and Dinamalar ‐ Tamil ‐ Madurai Edition. The company has also enclosed the social media links wherein, the notice has been published. Eligible Shareholders are requested to furnish their Client Master List (‘CML’) along with transfer documents, share certificate and other necessary documents, while re‐loading the same for transfer at the earliest.
