Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that Dheeraj Mohan, Head - Strategy, Customer Experience & Investor Relations, BI & Analytics (Senior Management Personnel) of the Bank had tendered his resignation vide letter dated September 11, 2025 due to personal reasons. The resignation has been accepted by the Management today, September 16, 2025, and shall be effective from the close of business hours on November 21, 2025. A copy of his resignation letter as required under Schedule III, Part A, Para A (7C) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with acceptance by the Management is enclosed.
