Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, 18t September, 2025 and shall remain closed till Friday, 26t September, 2026.
