Elcid Investments has informed that the trading window of the company will be closed for trading in securities of the company, from Friday, September 26, 2025, until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The details of the date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, it is requested to all the Promoters, Directors, designated persons and other connected persons and their immediate relatives do not trade/deal in Company’s shares/Securities during the aforesaid closed trading window period.
