Lancer Container Lines has informed that the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 12.00 PM through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Resolutions as contained in the Notice of the AGM was approved/ passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority. As required under Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are furnishing the Combined Voting Result (i.e. result of remote e-voting prior to the AGM and e-voting conducted at the AGM) along with the Scrutinizer’s Report thereon.
