Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mardia Samyoung Capillary Tubes Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Saturday, September 20, 2025 has considered and approved the shifting of the Corporate Office of the Company from 1304 Floor-13 Plot-453 LODHA Supremus, Senapati Bapat Marg Lower Parel, Delisle Road, Mumbai - 400013, Maharashtra, India to SHOP - 511, PRATIK MALL, NEAR CITY PULSE THEATRE, KUDASAN, GANDHINAGAR - 382419, GUJARAT, INDIA with effect from September 20, 2025. The Registered Office of the Company will, however, continue to remain at the same address as presently registered with the Registrar of Companies. The meeting of the Board commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 12:00 PM.
