Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Ashok Leyland has informed that Mahesh Thakar, General Counsel, shall cease to be the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours of 18th October 2025. The disclosure as required under the Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD‐ PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
