Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- CuraTeQ Biologics B.V. has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Malta by the name of CuraTeQ Biologics (Malta). The object of incorporation of this wholly owned step-down subsidiary is to expand the Pharmaceutical Products business in Malta.
