Indsil Hydro Power gets nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 26, 2025, has inter alia, approved the same

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese has received approval for the proposal to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company to be named ‘Indsil Infrastructure’ or such other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with an initial paid-up capital of Rs 1,00,000.  

The Wholly Owned Subsidiary is proposed to be engaged in the business of real estate and development of infrastructure for commercial and business purposes. The incorporation is in line with the company’s long-term strategic plans to diversify its business operations and explore opportunities in real estate and infrastructure development. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 26, 2025, has inter alia, approved the same. 

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese is engaged in the generation of electricity from their captive hydro electric power plant in Kerala, India. The company is also involved in ferro alloy smelting.
