RDB Infrastructure gets nod to acquire 51% stake in RDB Bhopal Infrastructure
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2025 has accorded its approval for the same
RDB Infrastructure and Power has received approval to acquire 51% equity shareholding of the RDB Bhopal Infrastructure in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated September 27, 2025 for a total consideration of Rs 5.10 lakh.
The acquisition of RDB Bhopal Infrastructure is aimed at business expansion, since it operates in the same line of business. Post-acquisition, it will become a subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2025 has accorded its approval for the same.
