HCL Technologies informs about newspaper advertisement
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, HCL Technologies has informed that it enclosed a copy of the newspaper advertisement published in the Hindi newspaper, namely Hindustan (Delhi Editions), on October 09, 2025. The said newspaper advertisement was published under Section 201(2) of Companies Act, 2013 for intimating the members regarding the application proposed to be made to the Central Government for re-appointment of Mr. C. Vijayakumar, as the Managing Director of the Company with the designation of ‘CEO & Managing Director’. The copy of the aforesaid advertisement is also available on the website of the Company www.hcltech.com.
