Mawana Sugars informs about reclassification of shareholding
Mawana Sugars has informed that it enclosed the request letter dated 9.10.2025 received from Siel Infrastructure & Estate Developers (Siel IED) for seeking reclassification of its shareholding from 'Promoters/ Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category. The request for reclassification will be placed before the Board of Directors of the Company for their consideration and necessary steps will be undertaken by the Company in compliance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 31A (8) of the Listing Regulations. The company has enclosed the copy of the request letter received from Siel IED as Annexure-A to this intimation.
