The above information is also made available on the Company’s website at www.sbilife.co.in. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and other applicable requirements, a copy of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 together with the Audit Report in the prescribed format is enclosed. The company has stated that K S Aiyar & Co., Chartered Accountants and J Singh & Associates, Chartered Accountants, joint statutory auditors of the Company, have issued audit reports with unmodified opinion. Further, the trading window to deal in securities of the Company will be re-opened from Monday, October 27, 2025, for all the Designated Persons of the Company.
