Further, in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated for the closure of trading window of the Company for its Designated Persons (and their Immediate Relatives) associated with the Company and also intimated to the stock exchanges on September 23, 2025 stating that trading window of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025.
