Megasoft has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
