This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in continuation to its disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated September 26, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons of the Company till Thursday, November 13, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, it has also enclosed the invitation for the earnings call with Investors/Analysts to discuss on the Company’s financial and operational performance for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 scheduled on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 16:00 hours (IST).
