Inox Green to provide long-term O&M services for 5 GW renewable projects
The company’s parent company and Group company have entered into MoUs with KP Group companies
Inox Green Energy Services’ parent company -- Inox Wind and Group company -- Inox Solar have entered into memorandums of understanding (MoU) with KP Group companies -- KP Energy and KPI Green, respectively.
The MoUs establish strategic partnerships aimed at jointly developing 2.5 GW of wind and 2.5 GW of solar power projects across multiple states in India. Under the MoUs, the company will provide the O&M services for the wind turbine generators and solar modules set up across all the projects under the partnership.
Inox Green Energy Services is engaged in the business of providing long-term O&M services for wind farm projects, specifically the provision of O&M services for wind turbine generators and the common infrastructure facilities on the wind farm which support the evacuation of power from such WTGs.
