Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kilburn Engineering has informed that Acuite Ratings & Research vide its email dated 19th November, 2025, has upgraded its long-term rating to ‘ACUITE A-’ from ‘ACUITE BBB+’ and its short-term rating to ‘ACUITE A2+’ from ‘ACUITE A2’ as per details enclosed.
