Sharpline Broadcast informs about EGM
Sharpline Broadcast has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th December, 2025 at 12:00 PM through Video Conferencing. The deemed venue for the EGM shall be the Registered Office of the Company. For the aforesaid purpose the Company has fixed Saturday, the 06th December, 2025 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members opting for e-voting. The Company had entered into an arrangement with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for facilitating e-voting through their e-voting platform.
