In this connection, they also wish to inform that company has engage the services of the CDSL (Central Depository Services (India) Limited) for providing e-Voting facility to all the members. The e-Voting in respect of the resolution contained in postal ballot notice will commence on Thursday, 27th November, 2025 at 9:00 AM and ends on Friday, 26th December, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
